SYNGI is seeking co-development and sponsored research partners to physically fabricate and biologically validate our proprietary Zero-TCE (ZTCE) architecture. Legacy Suspended Microchannel Resonators (SMRs) are fragile and prone to clogging. We have engineered a CMOS-compatible, solid-state alternative that permanently isolates an active monocrystalline silicon resonant core (85.5 MHz) in a dry vacuum, while interfacing with native liquid environments via highly conductive Gold (Au) Z-axis blind vias. Fully coupled ElmerFEM multiphysics simulations explicitly penalized for Kapitza interfacial thermal resistance confirm this "Phononic-Chimney" design achieves exceptional acoustic isolation with a Q-factor greater than 10^6. It weaponizes the gold vias as extreme thermal drains to clamp peak core Joule heating to 311.4 K. By restricting the thermal delta to approximately 1.25 K , this completely neutralizes the Temperature Coefficient of Elasticity (TCE) drift to less than 1 Hz without external closed-loop circuitry. Backed by non-dilutive validation funding from Emergent Ventures, we are actively seeking corporate R&D partners to translate these validated matrices onto standard Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) wafers and execute wet-lab validation for high-throughput AAV dosimetry, top-down proteomics, and exosome oncology.
