The generative-AI chatbot technology aims to revolutionize oral hygiene practices by delivering personalized coaching through tailored messages. By addressing individual motivations and barriers, and adapting message style to user preferences, these chatbots provide a highly interactive experience. The approach combines insights from health communication theories to foster behavioral change, ensuring messages are perceived as relevant and engaging.
