The WVC is a CAD-complete industrial inline fluid conditioning manifold designed for retrofit installation in pumping, greenhouse, HVAC, and data-center cooling systems and can be scaled for other applications. The system uses a protected designed geometry with a 316L stainless housing to stabilize turbulence, reduce parasitic drag, lower vibration, and improve overall hydraulic efficiency. Initial CFD-informed simulations and engineering analysis indicate potential efficiency improvements in the 5–15% range depending on flow conditions and system configuration, while also reducing scaling, heat buildup, cavitation risk, and long-term pump wear. The design is intended as a passive mechanical retrofit with no moving parts, electronics, or software dependencies. The project includes production-ready CAD geometry, assembly specifications, dimensional layouts, manufacturing concepts, and retrofit deployment strategy for industrial pumping and cooling markets. Target sectors include greenhouses, municipal pumping infrastructure, process cooling loops, and large-scale thermal management systems where operators face rising energy and maintenance costs. The commercial model is designed to provide high ROI for both end users and manufacturing partners. Operators benefit from lower energy consumption, reduced maintenance intervals, extended equipment life, and decreased operational downtime, while manufacturers gain access to a proprietary, high-margin retrofit product line that can be fabricated using existing CNC and stainless fabrication capabilities without requiring major production retooling. The next stage is third-party validation and prototype deployment through a fabrication or OEM commercialization partner. The IP is currently available for acquisition, exclusive licensing, or milestone-based commercialization agreements with manufacturing partners capable of rapid prototyping and scale-up.
