Stabilized glucose oxidase for oral and topical applications

Our patented immobilized and stabilized glucose oxidase system produces a continuous yet safe level of hydrogen peroxide when in contact with saliva or serum until is is all cleared by swallowing/flushing. Importantly, the co enzyme catalase is excluded in processing. The resulting peroxide stream has been demonstrated to whiten teeth ( human and animal), denature dental calculus to ease removal, freshen breath and control biofilm , including anerobic bacteria below the gum line, particularly those linked to cardiovascular disease. Limited testing has shown anti- gingivitis benefits as well. The technology is a fine powder easily incorporated in solid state product forms and detrifrice, that lodge in the tongue and gum line.. It could also be used in viscous liquid systems. It also has utility in acne, wound care and it has shown significant benefits when used in indirect oral applications like lip balm/lip stick for breath freshening.
