PURIS™ pea protein

Overview

Cargill is the North American supplier of PURIS pea protein, produced by strategic partner PURIS Proteins. PURIS sources proprietary non-GMO pea seed varieties through a network of 400+ US farmers, with full seed-to-protein traceability. The protein is extracted using a chemical solvent-free (no hexane) process, resulting in a cleaner taste profile than many competitor pea proteins. Sensory testing consistently gives PURIS high marks for taste, smooth mouthfeel, and clean finish.
