We prototyped a fermentation derived cocoa butter alternative through non-GMO source and fermentation and would like to find a partner from ingredient business or CPG sector to scale it up to 10 000 t/y

  • All components are produced sustainably using precision fermentation, starting from glucose as a raw material.
Technology readiness level

Currently at TRL 3-4, this technology has reached the lab scale proof-of-concept stage.
