Virginia Tech presents an integrated solution for mycotoxin surveillance, mitigation assessment, and co-product quality assurance specifically designed for the corn wet milling industry. This service leverages over two decades of expertise in mycotoxin testing, utilizing validated GC/MS workflows to monitor and analyze toxins across various processing streams including incoming grain, steep water, starch fractions, gluten meal, fiber, germ, and solubles. The Schmale Lab, a recognized leader in this field, provides robust analytical services to ensure the safety and quality of corn-derived co-products.
