SynthomeAI is a computational platform that proposes novel biochemical reaction cascades and component enzyme designs for cell-free biomanufacturing. The ability to generatively explore biochemical reaction space allows us to create processes that harness the complex power of biology with the efficiency of chemistry. It works by proposing a target chemical/ingredient and allowed feedstocks, then mapping all feasible biochemical pathways between the two. We've successfully applied SynthomeAI to several chemical targets ranging from basic building blocks to complex natural products. We're currently validating some of these demonstrations through academic (DARPA/Stanford) and commercial collaborations (Ginkgo Bioworks).
