I focus on optimized bioprocess for enhancing polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) production. I developed a nontoxic recovery process for PHA using a green solvent, prepared PHA biocomposites possessing complete biodegradability, and prepared PHA microbeads for carrying hydrophobic and hydrophilic compounds.
