About
We are synthetic biology group engineering biosynthetic pathways in cells and cell-free systems. This includes high-value chemicals and biopharmaceuticals.
For cell based-engineering, we are using modular cloning (MoClo) and genome editing tools such as CRISPR-Cas9 and integrases.
