I work in sample-to-answer diagnostic/analytical methods, agnostic biosensing, protein engineering, and sustainable biomanufacturing via research on (i) functional nucleic acids and strand displacement computation; (ii) nucleic acid amplification tests; (iii) POC diagnostics; (iv) enzyme engineering; (v) novel reagent manufacturing and delivery systems; and (vi) agnostic biosensing using DNA imprinting.
