I have been involved in pioneering HCA/HCS for >20 years, developing image-based approaches to better understand nuclear receptor transcription at a single cell level, especially improved resolution/speed via our Yokogawa CV8000 spinning disc confocal & robotics. My lab/open access core facility are an excellent match to current requests by Halo. My core is staffed with experienced personnel, hardware and software to carry out HCS. Our single cell-oriented imaging platforms are highly multiplexed and HT amenable, centering on quantitative phenotypic imaging through development of a new Cell Painting platform (Nature Communications, 2024) that employs true single cell and heterogeneity analyses.
