Skin and reverse-osmosis membranes are both semipermeable membranes, and both face the same challenge: staying healthy. For 40 years I have been solving that challenge at industrial scale. As VP Membrane Technologies at IDE Technologies, my 23 implemented patent families keep the world's largest desalination plants — Ashkelon, Soreq, Hadera, Carlsbad. Through Membrane Recovery LTD I now apply the same membrane science to human skin, with two technologies available for licensing and co-development: • Predictive Skin Analysis — calibrated thermal-optical imaging that detects acne, redness and irritation 24–48 hours before it becomes visible (USPTO — allowed). • Thermo-Osmotic Skin Renewal — a drug-free renewal method using controlled osmotic gradients (UKIPO — patent pending).
