The West Coast Metabolomics Center laboratory under Prof. Fiehn’s supervision has pioneered the use of metabolomics data acquisition and data processing for >20 years. We have LC-MS and GC-MS instruments for discovery (i.e. Orbitraps) and quantitation (i.e. triple quadrupoles), with capabilities to measure biofluids, tissue, cells, food, plant and soil samples. We also measure VOCs using a SPME Headspace GC-MS machine. We work in a collaborative spirit with our users and can provide support from study design and method development, to final data processing and interpretation.
