All research lines focus on infection prevention. Developing and/or testing of new biocide/disinfectant compounds and antimicrobial biogenic nanoparticles. Emphasis on avoiding hospital-acquired infections (HAI) in radiation therapy patients and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in ICU patients.
