Navicyte Biotechnologies spun out of the U. of Delaware, where six-plus years of NIH-funded research produced a fundamentally new approach to targeted drug delivery. Our founding team brings complementary expertise across therapeutic design and immunotherapy (Michael Donzanti, PhD, CEO), physiology and biomaterials (Jason Gleghorn, PhD, CSO), and PK/QSP modeling (Ryan Zurakowski, PhD, CTO), supported by operating partner Braydon McCormick and science advisor Diane Heiser. We solve a problem the industry has yet to crack, getting potent drugs (chemo, immunotherapy) to target tissues at therapeutic concentrations, without the systemic toxicity that limits efficacy and patient quality of life.
