Diag-Nose is a precision-medicine company building a data and biomarker platform to address a fundamental challenge: patients with the same diagnosis can have different biology and responses to therapy. At its centre is NEBULA, our governed, harmonised multi-omics database connecting molecular, clinical and biological data across studies. ABEL enables minimally invasive collection of undiluted nasal fluid, paired with downstream multi-omics analysis to characterise endotypes, discover biomarkers and add a molecular layer to drug discovery, patient stratification and diagnostics. Research spans asthma, COPD and chronic rhinosinusitis, with multiple clinical and pharma-sponsored studies underway, alongside proof-of-concept work in infectious, environmental, allergen and occupational health.
