I was a faculty member and principal investigator at Jordan University of Science and Technology, School of Pharmacy, for the period from 1999 to 2021. I was involved in teaching biochemistry, clinical chemistry, and clinical nutrition. Currently, I am retired. My research interests were focused on exploring new roles of micro- and macronutrients and functional foods in human health and disease.
